Touch-to-Talk is a simple and effective way to connect online customers to a business representative. When installed on your existing website Touch-to-Talk will reduce your website abandonment levels, increase your sales conversions and improve your customer service levels.

Once the customer enters their number and presses the ‘Make Call Now’ button, a call is initiated to your number. Once this call is answered a call is initiated to the number entered by the customer. The two are then connected and any required assistance can be provided to the client before they have a chance to visit a compeititors site or log-off without completing their required service.
